I’m the type who forgets to check event details until the last minute, so getting the updates and notifications on time was really helpful. Everything was easy to follow, and I didn’t have to dig around or make excuses for missing something.

I’ve been using fixr-app.com for payments and it’s been smooth so far. I had a few payments come in already, and they all showed up when they were supposed to, no random delays or anything missing.

What I like most is that I don’t have to keep checking on it or follow up with anyone. It just kinda does what it’s meant to do, which is all I really need from a payment setup tbh.

I had a small issue with my account and, to be fair, support got back to me faster than I expected. They explained things in a simple way and fixed it without a lot of back and forth. I appreciated that part, but it was still kind of disappointing that I had to deal with the issue in the first place.

I used fixr-app.com for an event the tickets took longer to show up than I expected. I kept refreshing my email and checking the app, which got stressful because there wasn’t much clear info about what was going on. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel very reassuring in the moment.

They did come through eventually, but even then, getting them open at the door was slower than it should’ve been. I got in in the end, so it worked, but the whole thing felt more annoying than it needed to be. I’d use it again only if they made ticket delivery and access more reliable.

I used it to quickly find events nearby, and it was handy. I like being able to check what’s going on without giving out too much info or committing to anything right away.

I cancelled my order sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly, but the whole process was simple. The refund came through quicker than I expected, so overall it was a smooth experience.

The pricing seemed okay at first tbh, but then extra fees showed up later and I wasn’t totally sure where they came from. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit confusing lol.

As someone who checks my account regularly, it’s really annoying when the login randomly doesn’t work. Sometimes it lets me in fine, and other times it just fails for no clear reason. I just wish it were more reliable.

I used it to scan tickets at the entrance, it did the job well. Check-in moved fast overall. There was one little lag when the line got busy, but nothing too major.
